On the 1st and 2nd of June, Columbia University hosted community of journalists, hackers, makers, academics and researchers to explore the use of sensors in journalism; a crucial source of information for investigative and data journalists.
There were two goals for the workshop: Participants came away with more knowledge and a bigger network, and we asked people to help set our agenda for sensor journalism over the next twelve months.
We will be blogging the talks and publishing videos of the key sessions shorty, so keep an eye on the site and our twitter feed.
